our love weekend.

this weekend was one to remember. on saturday after we cleaned the church we spent the entire day in our pool downstairs. usually there are muito peeps down there on the weekend, but somehow we got the whole pool to ourselves for a good four hours. daniel played as a bubbling boat, dolphin, shark, race car, rocket, and many other things for the boys.

chalres is a water baby! oh baby! he has no fear and loves to press his older brothers buttons. henry is the opposite of a water baby and is a water worry wart. (it makes life easier for me). chalres likes to jump in the pool and go under and have henry run to his rescue. he giggles and then jumps into the pool. henry screams. it really is just the funniest watching these two play.

after the pool we got dressed and found ourselves at igutemi eating the tastiest fruit popsicle there ever was and roaming around the mall. on sunday daniel gave a talk and i gave the young womens lesson- in portugues! holla! it was actually a really great experience and i learned so much. there was only one girl that showed up- but it was perfect. then we had a bbq, played at the park with dad and then had family soccer games in our apartment. it was so wonderful spending two full days with daniel and talking and laughing and making memories with him. we were all so happy. this is what life is all about. i am so grateful that one more little person is coming to join the fun.
